Help us promote the great career opportunities and progression available to those who choose a career in social care.

We’re pleased to announce Emma Townsend has been promoted to “Visiting Care Manager”

Emma has been working incredibly hard keeping the schedules of the visiting carers on track and her hard work and dedication has resulted in her very well deserved  promotion. We are really proud to enable staff to progress their careers and this promotion coincides perfectly with her achieving her NVQ Level 3 successfully.

Emma holds a key role at Head Office, and makes sure that our carers and clients are kept up to date with changing needs and requirements. She manages the schedules of the visiting carers. Not an easy organisational feat! With more than 600 hours of care a week to organise Emma does a brilliant job at making sure the right person visits each client. Emma ensures there is consistency of care provided to our clients and works closely with the team to ensure that our clients are happy and safe at home.

Outside of work she runs a busy household with three children and a husband. For relaxation she is extremely talented at sewing and crafts. She says that the whole family enjoys nature and the outdoors.
