Living with a disability shouldn’t limit your ability to enjoy life to the max. With home care for disabled people, you can receive the care and support you need in the comfort of your own home.
CARE AT HOME
What is home care for disabled people?
Disability home care provides support to disabled adults with physical or cognitive disabilities in their own homes.
Care at home is built around your individual needs, and can encompass help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance. Home care for disabled people should promote independence, enhance quality of life, and ensure the utmost safety. Whether it’s trips out to see friends or enjoying hobbies at home, live-in carers are there to help you do what you love.
We know that no two people are the same, and as such our care team takes the time to understand the needs of your family. Our disability care can be provided on either a live-in or hourly basis, depending on which better suits your needs. Hourly care provides flexible, consistent support, whilst live-in care provides continuous at home support throughout the day and night. If you’re unsure which type of care will work best for your family, our friendly team can help you explore your options.
