We pride ourselves on our ability to provide specialist live in care without losing focus of the person behind the condition.
Whilst some of our clients simply need a little help around the home, others require expert care for their specific needs.
Families often contact us when their loved one has had a setback or a fall, or if they’ve been discharged from hospital and need a little extra support until they get back on their feet. We take the stress out of difficult situations, and can provide urgent care within 48 hours of your call.
We can help you or your loved one – whatever your specific situation. If you’re looking for companionship or you’re worried about an elderly relative, we have experience of dealing with a whole range of live in care needs.
Our in-house nurse specialist is available for advice and guidance on clients with complex health conditions and our dementia expert provides advice on care plans, and can also offer training and support to our carers and our clients’ families.
We work closely with an independent private social worker whose portfolio encompasses both public and private sector care. Her experience of working with older people who have physical disabilities, Parkinson’s, MS, diabetes, and mobility issues is invaluable to our team and our clients.
We have experience of providing specialist care services in the following areas:
If you’re concerned that you or your loved one has specific needs that we may not have experience of, please give us a call and we can talk through the situation with you.
“The Physio was very keen to tell me how much she thinks the dramatic improvement in mum’s leg swelling (and mobility) is due to the frequent exercises and massage that Betty (the carer) provides.
She did say she would be very happy if she had Betty working for her in fact! We too are very pleased with the care that Betty has provided. ”
