Using PASS system to update the care plan ensures our Carers are notified of medication and task changes in real-time – with no need to print paper copies. PASS system stores important documents such as care plans, risk assessments, daily record notes, medication administration records and any other relevant information to the care provided. These documents will be stored digitally within an app on a tablet or mobile phone.

With an electronic system in place, we are able to aid peace of mind to those most important to our clients. Each home is assigned a tablet which syncs remotely with any changes that are made back at the Ashridge Home Care office. Upon request from our clients, we can guide family members through our view only App that enables access to completed care notes, tasks and any outcomes which are planned, in progress and complete. Family members can rest assured that their loved one is receiving the highest standard of care.
Our clients will need to ensure that our Carer can access a Broadband connection. If you don’t have Broadband installed in your home, our Care Manager will discuss this with you.
“I just wanted to say how delighted we are with Anca – she is a real delight!”
“Rita is doing a great job in our eyes and our mother is so happy and relaxed, they have so much in common and seem to have built a lovely relationship.”
“The carer is superb and she is exactly what we wanted. At least we know mum has someone there overnight if she needs anything.”
Choosing live-in care is a huge decision and not something that you should take lightly.
Some of these conversations can be tricky and it’s our job to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible.
We are more than happy to visit you and your family at home to discuss your situation and consider the options available to you.
