Using PASS system to update the care plan ensures our Carers are notified of medication and task changes in real-time – with no need to print paper copies. PASS system stores important documents such as care plans, risk assessments, daily record notes, medication administration records and any other relevant information to the care provided. These documents will be stored digitally within an app on a tablet or mobile phone.
