As well as our Care Managers making regular visits to our clients, our bespoke PASS system allows us to monitor the care being delivered to people in real time. Our office staff are alerted to any situations where they may be needed to provide support. Family members and heath care professionals can also monitor via an app on their mobile phone, as long as the client gives permission. This is a great way for family who may live far away can check in on their loved ones to find out how their day has been.

My father is 100 yrs old this week and requires a full care service 24 hours a day , Betty provides this with a smile on her face always and with a professionalism and patience that is a credit to both her and you as the providing company . It is not easy coping with my fathers requirements , which can be onerous at times especially at night but Betty always seems to have the right attitude to any problem and has obviously formed a great understanding of how to handle any situation or challenge she is confronted with. We think Betty is a pretty special human being and that we are very lucky to have her looking after our father at this time in his life.
Having a live in carer looking after Midge while we are away gives us so much reassurance, we know that she is being well looked after and she enjoys the company. It’s a brilliant service and something we didn’t even know existed until recently!

What is the process for arranging home care?
Arranging live-in or visiting care shouldn’t be a difficult task which is why we’ve made the process simple.
All you need to do is fill in the form or give us a call on 01494 917 344.
We’ll then get in touch with you to discuss your loved one’s needs before assigning a dedicated care manager to visit their home and create a specialised care plan. You’re under no obligation to move forward with this plan. We always make sure that everyone’s on board before proceeding. Once the tailored care plan is in place, we’ll assign a carer who we feel best aligns with your loved one’s personality and requirements.
