We understand that dementia can vary for each person and we take pride in ensuring we base our care around you or your loved one’s specific needs.
As we are living longer, the number of people with dementia is on the rise. We recognise the need for professionally trained carers to provide excellent quality of care and understanding and that is why our carers receive individualised training enabling them to provide the very best level of care.
We know how important it is to remain in control of your life and having a live-in carer can be the answer that keeps you in the home you love. Live in care will enable your loved one to carry on with familiar routines that will reduce any anxieties, our carers are trained to help people carry on with their day reducing the anxiety that comes from the confusion of not understanding what is happening around them.
Our in house dementia specialist is on hand to support our carers through the changing stages of dementia and you will have your own Care Manager who will carefully assess the needs of your love one from the very start to make sure that we provide the very best level of care. Your Care Manager will monitor any changes in need along with the carer and will be well equipped to make any changes to the way the person with dementia is cared for.
“Our carer is so wonderful and we wouldn’t want to lose her – she has been excellent looking after my father, the dogs and the house while my mother has been in hospital.”
“I and indeed the whole family are most appreciative of your warmth and kindnesses.”
Choosing care is a huge decision and not something that you should take lightly. Some of these conversations can be tricky and it’s our job to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible.
We are more than happy to visit you and your family at home to discuss your situation and consider the options available to you.
