Safety first: Another successful face to face “Infection Prevention & Control” training completed.



COVID-19 continues to be dominating our days and we are taking every effort possible to keep our carers and clients safe.

All our carers receive “Infection Prevention and Control” training plus PPE equipment, as well as our usual inductions.

We also provide an enhanced level of training to make sure our carers are fully equipped for their role, and our highly-respected inhouse medical experts are on hand to offer the very best advice.

We know that providing the very best care is about finding the right people who genuinely care about helping and getting things right for you. The training and support we provide for our care staff means that, in turn, they provide the safest and very best level of care to our clients. We are extremely proud of the environment we have created where our care staff are valued and rewarded for the work they do.
