Bucks residents urged to do a 20 min free training for #WorldSuicidePreventionDay

It’s Suicide Prevention Day 2021 and this years’ theme is ‘creating hope through action.’ Today, have a think about how you can support someone in your life who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts.

All it takes is to Talk, Reach Out and Seek Help if one has such thoughts. If someone appears depressed, but says I’m okay, ASK AGAIN.

It can be hard to know what to do if someone you know is struggling with their mental health, this is why Ashridge Home Care is marking World Suicide Prevention Day by encouraging people in Buckinghamshire to signup to a free 20-minute online training presentation produced by Zero Suicide Alliance.
