Our mission is to create an energising and rewarding place to work and treat our carers with the same personal approach we give to our clients.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made positive changes that have improved the service we offer to our clients and how we look after our carers. Our carers and HQ staff have done an amazing job, going above and beyond on a daily basis and for that we thank them.
We place huge value on what they think and use the feedback to help us ensure we are offering the highest quality home care services to our clients and the best employment opportunities to our home carers. We are delighted to provide the results of our 2021 satisfaction surveys below.
As with our client surveys, we also identified a few improvements we can make. We have introduced regular remote team meetings to enable staff to feel connected to one another and to the office team. We have rewarded our carers with a pay rise to acknowledge their hard work and commitment, particularly over the past year.
